At AMPULSE POWER, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our LiFePO4 batteries. This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased from ampulsepower.com and covers manufacturing defects under proper use.
Warranty Period
All finished battery packs come with a 5-year official warranty (60 months), and premium battery products come with a 10-year warranty. This applies to RV, Yacht, Home Energy Storage, and Off-Grid batteries.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- BMS (Battery Management System) failure under normal use
- Abnormal capacity loss due to internal quality issues
- Damage caused by design or production defects
What Is NOT Covered
- Physical Damage
- Damage from improper installation or reverse connection, overload, overcharge, physical impact, or water immersion beyond IP rating.
- Unauthorized Modification
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair. Please note: Normal cycle aging (natural capacity decline) is not a defect.
- Force Majeure
- Damage due to accident, fire, flood, or improper storage conditions.
Warranty Service Process
Contact support with your order number and product photos/videos. Our technical team will confirm the issue within 24 hours. Valid claims will be settled through replacement, repair, or partial refund based on technical evaluation.
EU Service Support
Compliance & Certification: All AMPULSE products are certified with CE, IEC62619, UN38.3, and MSDS. For EU customers, we provide localized support via our Poland and Germany service hubs to ensure fast response times.
