1. 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received.
- Unused and uninstalled: For safety reasons, batteries that have been connected to a power system cannot be returned unless defective.
- Original Packaging: Must include all accessories, manuals, and certifications.
- Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order number is required.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
For EU residents, according to the consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the product remains in its original condition.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will cover return shipping for manufacturing defects of our battery systems.
4. Refund Processing Times
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method according to the timeline below:

5. Return Process & RMA
All returns must be pre-approved. Please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email lake@ampulsepower.com with your Order Number and photos of the issue.
- Step 2: Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Given the weight of energy storage products, these costs can be significant. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
