FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the battery easy to install? Can I do it myself?

Yes, it's designed to be Plug & Play. Our batteries come with standard terminals and clear manuals. For RV and Marine users, it's a direct replacement for your old lead-acid batteries—no complex wiring changes needed. Just connect the positive and negative poles, and you're good to go!

Will this battery work with my existing inverter or solar charger?

Most likely, yes. Our LiFePO4 batteries are compatible with 99% of inverters and chargers on the market (like Victron, Deye, Growatt, SMA, etc.). The built-in BMS communicates with your inverter to ensure optimal charging. If you're unsure, just send us your inverter model, and we'll check for you.

Can I connect multiple batteries together?

Absolutely. You can connect up to 4 units in parallel (to increase capacity) or 4 units in series (to increase voltage, e.g., 12V to 48V). This makes it easy to expand your system as your power needs grow.

Why should I switch from Lead-Acid/AGM to LiFePO4?

It's a game changer. LiFePO4 batteries are lighter (50% less weight), last 5-10 times longer (6000+ cycles vs 300 cycles), and provide 100% usable capacity (unlike lead-acid where you can only use 50%). Plus, they charge much faster.

Can I install the battery on its side or upside down?

Yes, our LiFePO4 batteries are sealed and safe to install in any orientation (except strictly upside down is usually not recommended for some models, but side mounting is fine). This is perfect for tight spaces in RVs or boats.

Does the battery have a heating function for winter use?

Yes! We have models with built-in self-heating. When the temperature drops below freezing, the battery automatically heats itself before charging to prevent damage. Perfect for winter camping or northern Europe use.

Is it safe?

We use LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry, which is the safest type of lithium battery. It is chemically stable and non-combustible, even in extreme conditions. Plus, our smart BMS protects against over-charging, over-discharging, short circuits, and overheating.

What happens if the battery breaks? Do I have to ship it back?

No need to worry about shipping. Since we have local warehouses in Poland and Germany, we handle after-sales locally. If there's a verified defect, we will send you a replacement or parts directly from the EU. No cross-border shipping hassle for you.
